This is the back of my thighs I used to have cellulite I don't any more I haven't lost any weight it has just smoothed out- I have way more energy and I have much less brain fog- I really do recommend these - 4/5 years of peri- menopause has had an impact -I take HRT and this is a fantastic addition to my regimen - I'm 47 and although I do have pretty good skin I do think it has improved further - I also pee less in the night. Just started taking these, and as I’ve suffered for years with pain and fybro myalgia and exhausted all the time, and no energy, I am starting to feel like I have a bit more energy and less pain, so it’s a positive sign.
