Cancellation policy

At ORVO, we offer one-time purchases and subscription orders. This policy outlines how cancellations and changes work.

One-Time Purchases

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at contact@orvolabs.co with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer require the product, please refer to our Returns Policy for next steps.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide automatic repeat deliveries at the frequency you select.

Your payment method is securely stored and charged prior to each scheduled shipment unless you cancel.

Managing Your Subscription

Before your next billing date, you may:

  • Cancel
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update payment details
  • Skip an upcoming shipment

You can make changes in two ways:

  • Self-serve: Access your subscription anytime via the secure customer portal linked in your order confirmation email.
  • By email: Contact us at contact@orvolabs.co with your order number. Please allow 3 working days for email requests to be processed.

Billing & Cut-Off

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date for portal requests, or at least 3 working days before for email requests.

If you cancel after this window, your next order will still be processed and dispatched — you will receive that shipment before the cancellation takes effect.

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Returns may be requested in line with our Returns Policy.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
