Shipping policy

1. Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

2. Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within the UK.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's website. If you experience any issues, please contact us at contact@orvolabs.co

4. Courier Delays

While we work with reputable courier services, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high volumes, weather conditions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are unable to control or influence delivery speed.

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us. 

5. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost: Contact us immediately with your order number for assistance.
  • Damaged: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Changes or Cancellations

Changes to your shipping address or order cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. To request changes, please email us at contact@orvolabs.co as soon as possible.
