Refund policy

At ORVO Labs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Return

Email contact@orvolabs.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional)

Once approved, we'll send instructions on where to send the item.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@orvolabs.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
